Measuring the Social Impact of PRIs: Possibilities and Limitations

Tuesday, May 11, 10:00 - 11:30 am This session will explore various approaches to measuring the social impact of a foundation’s PRI portfolio. Participants will hear from the Rockefeller Foundation and the Skoll Foundation about their evaluation programs, and review and provide feedback on the social impact measurement framework being developed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Participants will leave with ideas for measuring the social impact of their own foundation PRI portfolios, as well as ways to continue engagement with the field on this topic.
