Designing a PRI Program That's Right for Your Foundation
Monday, May 10, 1:45 - 3:15 pm
The most effective PRI programs are ones that reflect and integrate a foundation’s mission, values, and culture. In this session, experienced PRI makers will share stories about the design and decision making involved in setting up PRI capacity within a foundation. Participants will leave with knowledge of the four key areas of consideration for PRI program design - mission impact, building capacity, resource allocation, and program governance – and ideas about how to apply them as their foundations prepare to make PRIs.
